Please note the following rules and regulations:

1. Payment Schedule & Modes
  • Quarterly Installments: All fees are payable on a quarterly basis.
  • Payable To: All payments must be drawn in favor of 'FORTUNE WORLD SCHOOL'.
  • Flexible Modes: Payments are accepted via Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Payment Gateway, & Cards.
2. Admission & Withdrawal Rules
  • Admission is official only after the school receives full fee & all required legal documents.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Every payment made to the school is strictly non-refundable.
  • Withdrawal Notice: Parents must serve a minimum of 1-month prior written notice for withdrawal, or clear an equivalent fee amount in lieu of the notice period.
3. Late Fees & Penalties
  • Late Fee Penalty: A charge of ₹100 per day applies for payment made past the due date.
  • Cheque Bounce Charge: An inconvenience fee of ₹1,000 payable for every bounced cheque.
4. Kits, Uniforms & Books
  • Annual Class-Kit: A flat charge of ₹3,500 per year covers the Almanac, ID cards, newspaper, school magazine, ERP system, and shared class collaborative materials.
  • Activity Materials required for individual activities must be brought by the student.
  • Procurement Freedom: School uniforms and book-sets are readily available at the school pro-shop, but parents have full freedom to procure them from outside.
5. Rebates & Financial Incentives
  • Full-Year Advance Rebate: A deduction of ₹10,000 is credited if the full year's school fee is paid before 10th April.
  • Transport Subsidy: Advance payment of annual transport fees before 10th April caps billing at 10 months instead of the full academic year.
6. Sports & Activities Offered
  • Field & Court Sports: Synthetic Court International Level Badminton, Turf Cricket, Indoor Cricket Nets, Turf Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Pickleball, and Table Tennis Training.
  • Skill & Performance Arts: Archery, Gymnastics, Skating, Taekwondo, Shooting, Chess Training, Yoga, Dance, Music, and Pottery/Art.
